Communication with our API is available only through HTTPS, encrypted using our TLS certificates. Our infrastructure uses the latest version 1.2 of TLS.

Data encryption

The data we collect from users is encrypted at rest when stored in our infrastructure:

files are encrypted on AWS S3 buckets
application data is encrypted in our MongoDB Atlas cluster

Data isolation

Different databases and servers are used for the preproduction and production environments. Continuous deployment is used to deploy automatically software and server package versions on both environments.

Attack detection

We use the Application Security Management software Datadog to monitor and block pattern of attacks on our platform.

We also use CloudFlare to protect us from DDoS or common scenario.
