Manager X-Ray operates a background check on a company’s managers and ultimate beneficiary owners (UBOs). Using different public data sources, it identifies footprints left behind by past economic distress and suspicious behaviours.
Based on the company code introduced when creating a new case, Manager X-Ray looks for alerts on public databases linked to:
Manager X-Ray raises alerts on past events associated with the company and managers and convert them into a score ranging from A to E (from low to high risk). Learn more about Manager X-Ray’s alerts.
To ensure the relevance of the alerts, we provide an identity confidence percentage of every managers which will be taken into account to generate the overall Manager X-Ray score.
⚠️ For now, Manager X-Ray is only available in France.

The Manager X-Ray report is made of:
A Manager X-Ray report is generated every time you create a new case on October Connect to analyze a French company.
On your side, you just need to introduce the company code (SIREN) for the report to be created instantly.
To get a complete overview of the managers, Manager X-Ray needs to extract the following personal data on managers from public databases:
Using the SIREN and the managers’ personal data, Manager X-Ray assigns a confidence level to every managers associated with the company. The identity confidence level can reach:

| 100% | Manager X-Ray can identify the manager using the SIREN, birthdate and birthplace. |
| 50% | Manager X-Ray can identify the manager using the birthdate and birthplace. |
| 0% | Manager X-Ray can identify the manager using only the birthdate or the birthplace. |
Alerts on Manager X-Ray are relevant only if the confidence level in the manager’s identity is high. A level of confidence below 40% will invalidate the Manager X-Ray alerts.
